We recently install Straight Line Carton Folder Gluer with the pre-folding machine. This high-speed automatic carton folding and pasting machine folds the first crease 180 degrees & the third crease up to 130 degrees which helps the carton to open easily in the filling process of carton.
FMZ-1260 High-Speed Automatic liner-pasting, automatic feeding of top sheets and bottom sheets, is suitable for the high speed and automatic pasting of colour printed top sheet and corrugated paperboard.
We installed a 6 + Coater Printing Machine from Komori Japan with a Printing size of 20" x 28". It was making a short turnaround time for small-sized short pulling jobs. Through the enhancement of the hi-tech printing division, we have concentrated on the post-press division and adopt the Maxima automatic punching line for accurate and speedy dye cutting. Printwell Group CEO Mr. Jitendra Kakadia an enchanting personality has finalized to install "Heidelberg CD102 5+L". The newly launched 28" x 40" 5 Colour + Coating offset machine during their visit to Drupa 2012, this decision made us first company install in Asia. Along with this state-of-the-art machine, we had also installed the Heidelberg Suprasetter CTP machine and Polar cutting machine.
The group has a clearer vision and planning for something unique in Rajkot. For this new conceptualization, the group needs more space to build a gigantic infrastructure which accommodates machine and 200+ manpower. We have acquired a 35000 Sq. ft of land and built a total of 105000 sq. ft. of production area in form of 3 story building.
We have installed an in-house semi-automatic corrugation plant with a capacity of 10,000 cartons per day. This facility helps us in the quick and cost-competitive production of product packaging cartons and duplex based corrugated boxes.
Our first major investment was in form of CD-74 from Heidelberg, it was a 20" x 28" 5-Color Offset Machine from Heidelberg along with few other technologies like Protek Plate Exposure and Protek Cutting Machine. This endeavour received a great response and it encouraged us to install more advanced Pre-press, Press, and Post-press technologies.
The group acquires land in the heart of the city for human resource convenience and easy transportation of raw material and packaging goods. This new 3 story building was set up in the Bhakti Nagar Industrial Area - Rajkot
Printwell started to deliver complete printing and packaging in the house to cope with the growing demand for automobiles, hardware, kitchenware, and household products packaging needs. The Printwell team grows to 30 dedicated and skilled man force to achieve Optimum machine output and customer service. We have invested more of our expertise in continuous research by designing the complete process.
One year later we installed the 20" x 28" Two colour printing machine from Heidelberg, we felt blessed as We observed that our production increased bountifully to 20%. Printwell Group has now a total of 250+ clients across India.
